The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over by Fan Zhou, chairman of the Cross-Strait Cultural and Creative Industries University Research Alliance, honorary dean of the College of Cultural Creativity and Media of Hangzhou Normal University, and president of Beijing Jinghe Cultural Tourism Development Research Institute. Over the past 15 years since its establishment, the Cross-Strait University Research Alliance on Cultural and Creative Industries has always adhered to the integrated development of government, industry, university, research and application, and built a broad stage for young talents from both sides to display their talents and exchange ideas through activities such as the National Art Fund Art talent training program, the China Young Students Creative Competition, Cross-Strait Youth Entrepreneurship Roundtable Forum, cultural industry project research and seminars.

The conference was divided into four theme forums: "High-quality Development of sports and tourism industry under the guidance of new quality productivity", "Exchange and integration of Cross-Strait youth culture in the era of digital intelligence", "Innovative exploration of new quality productivity and Cross-Strait film and television arts", "Chinese traditional culture and Tourism development and innovation", and held a closed-door meeting of university presidents.
