巫洪发(鸿发)，男，1955年生，大学文化，籍贯:福建省龙岩市上杭县。少年求学，青年从军，中年从政，曾任上杭县国土资源管理局副局长、主任科员职位退休。现为中国书画家协会会员，中国当代书画名家协会会员，北京华夏兰亭书画院艺委会副主任、客座教授。

巫洪发老师平生喜爱书、画，从小研习王羲之、赵孟頫等众多名家字帖，历年来在军内、地方及全国书法比赛中多次获奖。书法苍劲有力，行云流水，得到社会广泛好评和业内行家充分肯定，深得众多行家和书画爱好者喜爱并收藏。中国书画职称润格评定中心评定巫洪发先生为国家一级书画师，评估其书法国画作品润格:每平方尺为10000--15000元人民币。

2020 年在纪念毛泽东《沁园春·雪》诗词发表75周年和纪念抗战胜利 75 周年全国书法大赛中获得金奖，并被授予“优秀传统文化传承者”荣誉称号，同年被中国诗书画网聘为“高级书画家”。2021年6月，书画作品在全国第九届“中国梦想杯”书画大赛中荣获金奖，被授予“书画中国梦·新时代优秀艺术家”荣誉称号。7月在庆祝建党100周年全国书法大赛中获金奖，作品编入《东方红·庆祝中国共产党诞辰100周年全国书画名家作品典藏》，并被授予“东方红·人民杰出艺术家”荣誉称号。在建党100周年献礼辉煌中国·庆祝中国共产党成立100周年全国书画名家作品大赛中获得金奖，并被授予“辉煌中国·中国百强书画名家”荣誉称号。2022年，书画作品入编“美书美画迎新春·虎毫遒劲谱新篇”《虎年新春特刊》，国画作品《牡丹》、《葡萄》在全国书画大赛中荣获金奖。

Wu Hongfa (Hongfa), male, born in 1955, college culture, native place: Shanghang County, Longyan City, Fujian Province. He studied as a young man, joined the army as a young man, and became a middle-aged politician. He retired as deputy director and chief clerk of Shanghang County Land and Resources Administration Bureau. Currently, he is a member of Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association, a member of Chinese Contemporary Calligrapher and Painter Association, and deputy director and visiting professor of Art Committee of Beijing Huaxia Lanting Calligrapher and Painter Academy.

Mr. Wu Hongfa loved books and paintings all his life. He studied calligraphy by Wang Xizhi, Zhao Mengxu «–¯ and many other famous calligraphers since childhood. Over the years, he participated in military, local and national calligraphy competitions for many times Calligraphy has been widely praised by the society and fully affirmed by the industry cognoscenti, and has been loved and collected by many cognoscenti and calligraphy and painting lovers. The Chinese calligraphy and Painting title Polishing Evaluation Center evaluates Mr. Wu Hongfa as a national first-class calligrapher and evaluates his calligraphy and Chinese painting works polishing: 10,000 to 15,000 yuan per square foot.

In June 2021, his calligraphy and painting works won the gold medal in the 9th National "China Dream Cup" Calligraphy and Painting Competition, and was awarded the honorary title of "Chinese Dream of Calligraphy and Painting · Excellent Artist in the New Era". In July, he won the gold medal in the National Calligraphy Competition to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party, and his works were compiled into the Collection of National calligraphy and painting Masters to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of the Communist Party of China, and was awarded the honorary title of "Oriental Red · People's Outstanding Artist". He won the gold medal in the National Painting and Calligraphy Master Works Competition to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, and was awarded the honorary title of "Brilliant China · China's Top 100 painting and Calligraphy Masters". In 2022, calligraphy and painting works were included in the "Beautiful Book and Beautiful Painting to Welcome the New Year, Tiger Hair from the New Chapter" and "Tiger Spring Special Edition", and Chinese painting works "Peony" and "Grape" won the gold medal in the National calligraphy and painting competition.
