王国敏：男，华东政法大学毕业，世界扬琴协会会员，世界文联亚洲音乐协会副主席，新加坡扬琴学会海外顾问 ，香港中国民族管弦乐学会常务副会长兼高级法律顾问，中国民族管弦乐学会扬琴专业委员会会员，上海音乐家协会民族管弦乐专业委员会会员、上海汤家班江南丝竹乐团扬琴演奏家。首都师范大学金色琴弦扬琴乐团艺术总监，2019年中国北京第三届国际扬琴音乐节的评委，2018年中国好声音上海赛区的评委、2020年湖南卫视《超级靓声》上海赛区评委副主席兼评委会主任，2021年8月至2023年8月两度为第三届、第四届浙江扬琴艺术节展演评委，2021年至2022年两度被聘请为澳门“大湾华章”国际艺术节（中国.上海）艺术顾问兼评委委员，2022年9月被授予《中华儿童文化艺术促进会》《青少年艺术教育委员会》扬琴专家委员，2023年2月被联合国世界非物质文化遗产保护基金会，欧洲集邮协会授予致敬中国改革开放45周年“传承创新 文化榜样”《中国艺术名家》荣誉称号。2024年4月受聘出任中非共和国驻华大使馆特邀文化顾问。城市卫视国际传媒集团文旅节目中心艺术顾问，《星动中国达人秀》全国优秀节目选拔导师评委，影响中国—2023致敬时代榜样人物。世界文化艺术界联合会“德艺双馨”艺术家获得者，－带一路文化传承领军人物，2024年3月4日被中央电视台 CCT V《艺术名家》栏目组特聘客座教授职务，2024年4月被中国通俗文艺研究会授予国乐艺术家颁发荣誉牌匾，2024年6月13日被首届上海魅力银发才艺大赛聘为艺术总监暨评委主任，2024年8月8日被中国通俗文艺研究会任命为理事。

Guomin Wang: Male, graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law, member of World Dulcimer Association, Vice Chairman of Asian Music Association of World Federation of Literature, Overseas Advisor of Singapore Dulcimer Society, Executive Vice President and Senior Legal Advisor of Hong Kong Chinese Ethnic Orchestral Society, Member of Dulcimer Professional Committee of China Ethnic Orchestral Society, Member of the National Orchestra Committee of Shanghai Musicians Association, dulcimer player of Shanghai Tangjiaban Jiangnan Silk and Bamboo Orchestra. Artistic Director of the Golden Dulcimer Orchestra of Capital Normal University, judge of the 3rd International Dulcimer Music Festival in Beijing, China in 2019, judge of the Voice of China Shanghai Competition in 2018, Vice President and Director of the jury of Super Hot Sound Shanghai Competition of Hunan TV in 2020, From August 2021 to August 2023, he served twice as a judge of the third and fourth Zhejiang Dulcimer Art Festival, and from 2021 to 2022, he was hired twice as a judge of Macao "Big Bay Huazhang" International Art Festival (China).
