倪水通 1944年生于洛阳，又名维灿，字禹工，号枕洛斋主、十三太岁富翁，洛阳美术院院长，洛阳龙门博物馆名誉馆长，中国书法家协会会员。 艺朮创作理路：卧游山川，神会古贤，以书入画，意造境生，无计工拙，畅神而已。                                   偶然一挥东方意象，放胆忘我处，天、地、人、神在不知不觉中遇合，胸中峰谷一气呵就，元气淋漓间感觉的未一性不期然而然。时而讨得一二性近者神飞扬，思浩荡：“白石老人似与不似，黄老宾翁远似近不似，仁兄宗尚有甚说是”；“余性爱山水，心境意造，诸相非相，莫可名状耳”；“岂非无中生有，莫名其妙”；“画者自成家法，非踏越古人理法之外不可”；“有道是越是不像越是深情，越是不像越是见我，越是不像越是魂魄”；“古云点墨落纸，胸中廓然无一物，然后烟云秀色与天地生生之气，自然凑泊，笔下幻出奇诡”；“岂有此理，说也不信，真正妙绝，到者方知”；“常行古道崎岖不觉身至险绝，时读先贤奥论无意步入高深”；“德缘道成陈化迹秋毫无口难言非龙非鱼，艺假书就合鬼神篁管有眼可见或善或恶”。
