李福林，52岁。76年5月-78年11月在三十家子地区医院学习，78年11月-今白家油坊村卫生所工作。期间：80年9月-83年9月参加辽宁中医学院函授学习3年；94年6月参加北京乡村医生进修学院疑难病班学习1个月;95年参加北京乡村医生进修学院成人自考辅导班2月，报考并取得《中基》。《方剂学》，《西医内科》3门合格证；到98年将学籍自北京转回并参加辽宁中医自考辅导班若干次，于2001年12月领得专科毕业证书；2005年报考执业助理医师考试并取得资格证；2007报考并取得执业医师资格证；工作期间分别首次首批经考试取得赤脚医生证农村医生证省级乡村医师证；2004年在中国民间名医名方大全发表《热型哮喘急性发作》等学术论文4篇，上文被《新医学》杂志转载；2003年应中华医学会中国医师协会邀请，参加了第3届中国名医论坛；2004年参加了第4届中国名医论坛，并向大会呈交《纯中药治疗2型糖尿病》等3篇论文。对中医治疗股骨头坏死，||型糖尿病，类风湿，牛皮癣，腰间盘突出，疝气，慢性咽炎，结肠炎，哮喘白癜风等病均具有一定的经验。84年对内经》“冬病夏治”的思想进行了探索，使得一位危重哮喘病人生活到如今。而后，治一例喘息性支气管炎儿童，屡获捷效。并对热型哮喘的治疗，有所体会。81年左右治疗牛皮癣取得突破性进展，96年治疗首例糖尿病人，取得较好疗效；而后，对纯中药治疗糖尿病，进行了单方面的研究。2003年治疗首例股骨头坏死获得成功。十几年前治疗首例白癜风获得成功，现在治疗第二例白癜风，已大获效验，仍在治疗中。
