Installation points: 1. Strictly distinguish the inlet and outlet (medium flow direction) according to the arrow marks to avoid reverse installation, which may lead to a decrease in noise reduction effect; 2. Use independent brackets for fixation. It is strictly prohibited to transfer the weight of the muffler to the steam drum pipeline (to prevent pipeline deformation). 3. When making flange connections, use high-temperature resistant graphite gaskets (metal wound gaskets should be added when the pressure is ≥4MPa) to ensure no leakage. 4. After installation, check the vibration value (≤4.5mm/s) with a vibration meter to avoid resonance affecting the service life. Maintenance and care: 1. Inspect the appearance of the muffler every quarter (for any corrosion or weld cracking). 304 stainless steel can withstand general medium corrosion. For sulfur-containing media, it is recommended to upgrade to 316L stainless steel. 2. Clean the internal sound-absorbing cotton every six months (blow it with compressed air to avoid blockage). The sound-absorbing cotton is made of fire-resistant glass fiber (with a temperature resistance of 500℃) and does not need to be replaced frequently. 3. The noise reduction volume should be tested annually (measured at 1 meter with A sound level meter). If it drops by more than 5dB(A), the perforated plate assembly needs to be replaced (Huabo provides original factory parts and delivers within 24 hours). 4.
